Neighborhood Cluster Agents
At the cluster level, one agency serves as neighborhood cluster agent and convenes
meetings, coordinates cluster plans and activities, represents
the cluster at citywide Community Partnerships Council Meetings
and reports back to cluster members on citywide programs and
activities, and acts as business agent for the cluster. Cluster
members gather information directly from providers and parents
at monthly meetings. Allowing the Boston CPC to use resources from citywide
efforts to effect change on a community level. The following
